me me me

I was tagged by Faith last week. I enjoyed learning a little something about her in her post, but it took some time for me to finish my own questionnaire. You would think I would love the opportunity to talk all about ME, but it was harder than you might think. Now, I tag AMBER & KIM.

I am. . . complex. Emotional. A procrastinator. Content.
I think. . . I'll die here in Mesa - we'll never move.
I know. . .
that I am loved.
I want. . .
a self-cleaning kitchen.
I have. . . an ugly cry. I always envied those who could be emotional yet composed - a tear rolling down their lovely face, still able to speak. If I'm emotional, my face contorts into something hideous and I'm unable to speak. I'm not ashamed of the emotion, just the look that accompanies such. (Too much information?)
I wish. . . that I could always do the right thing as a parent.
I hate. . .
never-ending laundry.
I miss. . .
$450 rent (our first apartment).
I fear. . .
being widowed young.
I feel. . .
like I did when I was 18 (mostly).
I hear. . .
silence - school is wonderful.
I smell. . .
everything [Faith and I share the bionic nose gene]
I search. . . for easy, 3-5 ingredient recipes.
I wonder. . .
who my kids will be when they grow up.
I regret . . .
missed opportunities for kindness.
I love. . .
Todd. My kids. Trees. Good pictures. Nice weather. Organized spaces. Family get-togethers.
I care. . . if my children are kind to others.
I always. . .
forget a person's name after they've introduced themselves.
I am not. . .
shy, quiet, or a snob. But it takes me a while (sometimes years) to feel comfortable enough to unleash the real me.
I believe. . . attitude is everything.
I dance. . .
poorly, and only in the confines of my own kitchen.
I sing. . .
quieter than the person next to me (intentionally). Or in the car, radio blaring - I sound great then.
I don't always. . .
say things the way I intend to.
I write. . .
this blog.
I win. . .
at Tetris. I know, impressive.
I lose. . .
my sunglasses, always.
I never. . .
leave home without a camera.
I listen. . .
to music that isn't loud. I have enough noise in my life, I don't want to have to talk over music.
I can usually be found. . .
at home. (I wracked my brain for a more interesting answer - it just isn't so.)
I read. . . infrequently. I want to read more.
I am happy about. . . my little family.

it's too bad you're seriously not so blessed to be a cute crier.

I love reading these. Glad to hear that I'm not the only one with a bionic nose. My dad always tells me that if I ever need a job, I could put the drug sniffing dogs out of business. Nice huh?

That was awesome. Thanks - I would do this, but you'd probably get upset that I copied 1/2 your answers cuz they are so great :)

Coy's family give razz him something fierce for sniffing everything. ;)
